What hair products should I use on my raw hair bundles?

• Please use alcohol free products when shampooing, conditioning, and styling hair. Products that contain high alcohol content may dry hair and cause shedding, breaking, and tangling.

Can I color the hair?

• Please be mindful when coloring the hair this will loosen the curl pattern if you have purchased a curly or wavy texture. 

When will I receive my order?

• Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Orders placed during business hours before 12pm EST will ship the Friday of each week. This excludes custom orders and orders placed during major sales and promotions.

I ordered online, but want to cancel. Can I do that?

• We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

• No. Once your order has been confirmed LiveNoireLuxe Extensions cannot apply a discount code.
