REFUND, STORE & SHIPPING POLICY

1. **Return Policy**: All sales are final. No refunds are offered once an order is confirmed.  We do not offer exchanges.

2. **Shipping Policy**:  LiveNoireLuxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they're signed for. There may be delays due to Covid-19. Customers should inspect packages before signing for them.

3. **Pre-order Items**: V-part wigs & ponytails may take 14-21 days to be constructed and shipped.

4. **Processing, Shipping Times and Fees**: Processing times may vary. Please allow 7-10 days processing for all orders. Once processed, your orders typically should arrive within 2-5 business days. Please note, shipping time begins once tracking information is shared via email. Outside the US, it may take 6-10 business days to arrive post processing. Domestic shipping fees are a flat $20 rate.

5. **Lost/Damaged Packages**: LiveNoireLuxe is not responsible for lost or damaged packages but will contact customers for reshipment if needed.

6. **Raw Hair Disclaimer**: Raw hair bundles may differ from bundle to bundle, so customers are encouraged to purchase bundles and clip-in extensions together for a better match. Providing specific details of previous orders can help, but there are no guarantees due to the raw nature of the hair. Please note, raw hair is provided by donor and the color of our hair may vary between brown and dark brown or black.
