REFUND, STORE & SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order with LiveNoireLuxe, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

1. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for any reason. This policy applies to all products without exception. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to completing checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

LiveNoireLuxe is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier. All delivery timelines provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers assume full responsibility for the shipment upon carrier acceptance. LiveNoireLuxe is not responsible for carrier errors, theft, or delivery delays. Customers are advised to monitor tracking information and ensure delivery details are accurate at checkout.

3. Pre-Order & Custom Items

V-part wigs and ponytails are custom and/or made-to-order items. These items require 14–21 business days for construction and shipment. Processing times for custom items are estimates and may vary. Custom and pre-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Processing, Shipping Timeframes & Fees

All orders require 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping time begins after processing is complete and tracking information has been issued via email.

During promotions, product launches, or sales, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume. LiveNoireLuxe is not responsible for delays caused by sales volume, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment. International orders may take 6–10 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs clearance.

All domestic orders ship at a flat rate of $20. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Lost, Returned, or Damaged Packages

LiveNoireLuxe does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event of damage during transit, customers must notify LiveNoireLuxe within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Reshipment decisions are made at the sole discretion of LiveNoireLuxe.

For lost packages, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. LiveNoireLuxe will not issue refunds for carrier-related losses.

All packages returned to sender, refused, or undeliverable due to customer error will incur a $30 restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Raw Hair Product Disclaimer

All LiveNoireLuxe raw hair products are 100% raw and unprocessed, which naturally results in variations in texture, curl pattern, density, and color. Differences between bundles are normal and expected.

For the most accurate match, customers are strongly encouraged to purchase bundles and clip-in extensions together. While prior order details may be referenced, exact matches are not guaranteed due to donor sourcing.

Hair color may range from natural brown to dark brown or natural black. These variations do not constitute defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or dispute.


Dispute & Chargeback Notice

By completing your purchase, you agree that chargebacks or payment disputes for reasons covered under this policy (including dissatisfaction, shipping delays, lost packages, or natural hair variations) constitute a violation of this agreement. LiveNoireLuxe reserves the right to submit this policy, delivery confirmation, and customer communication as evidence in any dispute or chargeback claim.
